When am I charged?
Consults are free, first and follow-up. You pay for medicine only once a doctor prescribes it. If medicine isn’t right for you, you pay nothing.
Can I use health insurance?
Zoey is private care, so public health insurance doesn’t cover it. Consults are free, and medicine prices, including tax, are on each page and in the price table above.
Is there a delivery charge?
Free anywhere in Japan, in a plain box. As soon as the next day in Kanto, Kansai, Chubu and Tohoku; 2–3 business days in Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu and Hokkaido; within 5 business days in Okinawa.
How can I pay?
PayPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit card. You pay after a doctor prescribes.
Can I cancel my plan any time?
There’s no long-term contract, and you can change or cancel your plan any time in My Page. Plans with their own terms, such as the 3-month weight-loss plans, show them before you sign up.
What if I’m not prescribed anything?
Consults are free, so you pay nothing. You pay for medicine only if a doctor prescribes it.
What is the 30-day money-back guarantee?
You can ask for a refund on unused medicine bought directly from Zoey within 30 days of buying it. Before a refund, you have a short talk with our medical team.
